Unwanted items
- Unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s own expense. We recommend that you use recorded delivery.
- 7 day money back guarantee from day of delivery.
- Customers will be refunded the relevant cost of goods (not initial postage costs for either standard or courier delivery).
- Must have full returns authorisation number having completed online returns form.
Incorrect or damaged goods
- Cost of returns postage will be refunded after item has been received.
- All costs will be refunded, including initial postage.
- If a replacement item is required, we recommend making a new order when returning the incorrect goods. This will guarantee you have a replacement in the quickest time possible.
